'Hello Everyone, In this video, I will share with you, a few of my work-out tips and routines. Disclaimer: I am not a license fitness trainer; my intent is to share my progress and what exercise has for me. I am currently in the process of trying to bulk up. In January 2013 I weight 110 lbs., around March, I was 130 lbs., around June I was still 130 lbs but more toned up. I\'ve learned many things through this journey as I took this challenge upon myself and stayed committed to understand my mind and body with exercise. Fact is, every \"body\" reacts to food and exercise workouts depending on lifestyle and genetics(metabolism). I hit the gym about 4 to 5 days week for 2 hours, and I pick two to three days in between as my rest days. I stretch for 10-15 mins, I do cardio work-out for 10-15 mins, and I lift weights for an hour and a half, and light cardio for cool down and stretch again for 10 mins at the end of each work-out. It is important that I switch up my routines, so on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday I do upper body, and Thursday, Sunday, I take care of my lower body, sometimes, I join an exercise class like body pump, body combat, yoga, or palates. For food, I try to eat healthier with more proteins, natural veggies, and fruits. To increase body mass faster, you can check out your local fitness store like GNC and ask about substitute Whey proteins and vitamins. Personally, I am not in a hurry to be big, so I decided to make this transition as natural as possible and make it part of my lifestyle. I thrive to live stress free, be more active and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
