My close friend, you see above, is FIT PRO Ashley Drummonds, and she\'s the HOTTEST trainer to hit the Tampa Bay area.  Some say, that she looks like a SUPER MODEL, yea I can see that now, but I can\'t lie, NOT in the first picture up above on the left, RIGHT?  That\'s why I asked Ashley to do a TRX circuit, to share with you today, you\'ll see our video in a minute down below.  But first check out this article that Ashley sent me to inspire at least 1 person she say\'s, to get that BIKINI BODY that you so deserve. She doesn\'t know this  but I\'m sharing it with you today, WHY?  Because it ROCKS, and when something ROCKS I share it! ARTICLE BY:  Ashley Drummonds CPT Fit Pro & Fat Loss Expert     How to Flatten Your Belly and look SUPER MODEL/BIKINI Ready Year Round!    The #1 goal I hear by both male and female clients is always to tighten and lean out their belly. How do I get abs?   How do I flatten my stomach? How do I trim my waist? I am going to guess that you probably work your abs 3-4 days a week or maybe you work abs every single day and you still aren\'t seeing a tight trim stomach.   I have probably passed you in the gym and seen you on the stretch mat working on abs for 20 minutes a day or at least someone like you.   Do you know how you NEVER see on the stretch mat working abs for 20-30 minutes a day?? The people who actually have abs and flat stomachs!   You want to know why? Well there\'s multiple reasons, but I\'ll just give you 3 main points and expand on them.   #1. Your stomach consist of more than just the 6 pack of muscles everyone thinks we have. Your \"Core\" is actually made up of 29 pairs of muscles.   Think of your core like a band that wraps all the way from your lower back around your stomach that supports your body\'s entire functional movement patterns and balance.   When thinking of this fact, it sounds kind of pointless to spend so much time doing crunches that works just your upper TWO abdominal muscles leaving out the other 27 right?  #2. In order to flatten your stomach you need to burn fat. How do you burn fat? By increasing your lean muscle tissue.   Muscle can burn up to 30x the amount of calories that fat does AT REST!   So if you aren\'t doing strength training in your regular routine you need to start. (We aren\'t talking about sitting on a machine that only uses one muscle group at a time.)  You need to focus on compound movements or free weights that require stabilization muscles to perform the exercise.  #3. There is a reason the saying has become popular that \"abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym\".   This is true in regards that if you think you can work hard in the gym and eat whatever you want you are believing a lie.   The key to seeing results with your body, energy, and overall health simply comes from the food you consume on a daily basis. You need to be getting lots of lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, veggies and fruits.   Guys should consume on average 2200-2500 calories a day and ladies should be getting 1300-1800 a day (depending on your level of activity).   So let\'s review: You need to STOP doing BORING crunches and START doing more exercises and movements that involve all of your core muscles to really see results in your waist line.   You also need to get on an awesome strength training program that helps you build lean muscle to burn that extra layer of fat that is keeping you from your lean stomach.   # 4. Get your nutrition cleaned up and get on a healthy eating program! I realize this can be a lot when you are just starting out and have no idea what you are doing which is why I created a program that is set up to guide you through every single one of these areas with a Super Model/Bikini Body.
