It\'s simple; All you have to do is take your Heart Rate reading, before and after the test. The smaller the difference in numbers the better your cardiovascular fitness. EXAMPLE 1 Before the test: 90bpm After the test: 120bpm Difference is 30bpm EXAMPLE 2 Before the test: 80bpm After the test: 130bpm Difference is 50bpm Therefore Example 1 has a better cardio vascular fitness, because their difference in Heart Rate is smaller than Example 2.
