'OMG!!! I had the BEST time training my abs with @Brie Larson ! Yes...THE CAPTAIN MARVEL. Here was the 10x10 ab workout I decided to challenge her with: 10 different ab exercises, ten repetitions in each exercise, and NO equipment at all!  Roll Ups Double Leg Lifts V-Ups Star Abs Single Leg Lift - Right Single Leg Lift - Left Corkscrew Rollovers Double Leg Lifts Eagle Crunch  Yes it burned...but I put on my tough face to keep up with Captain Marvel.
