It was launched by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi at Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi on 29 August 2019. We celebrated the day by arranging a free session for the students of The Rise International School, Wazirabad, Gurugram. Where we explained the benefits of being fit and exercises in daily routine. We got a great response there and with students their parents also participated and it was very interactive session. At the end of the session we had Q&A where we addressed everyone\'s doubt for their physical issues. Teachers also participated in the session. We are really thankful to the organizartion committee of the School, Speacial thanks to Trusha who is head of HR and the Prinicipal Mr Ajay Rao for giving us such an opportunity.
