Before we get started, the 30-Minute Circuit is the best way to get a full-body workout in...30 minutes. You can start at whatever machine you want, but be sure to go in order to get that full experience. But for this workout, don’t worry about all the equipment — Mo will be providing modifications when needed. Feel free to take this workout at your own pace — there’s no rush here. After you warm up, you’ll be doing various workouts like pike-ups, side crunches, chest push-ups, and more. Once you’re done, give yourself a pat on the back, because you just rocked that workout.
