'All you need is a wall and a Yoga Tune Up Ball for this mobility movement. Place the YTU ball just above and to the side of your femur bone. Then press firmly on the wall. You can move the ball in slow circles to find a tender spot. Once that spot is found, dig in deep to release some tension. Be sure to complete on both sides to remain balanced.'
