'Learn the reason why one person can get amazing results from an exercise while someone else barely gets any. Two persons can do the same exercise for the same amount of repetitions with the same resistance. Yet, one person will get amazing results while the second one barely makes any gains. It\'s not the genetics although they play a part. It\'s not the drugs either. These are the 2 common excuses people make. In reality, it\'s really about your intelligence. It\'s about your mind and patience. It\'s HOW you do the exercise that makes all the difference. Your approach determines your results. There are people who are more in tune with their bodies and can coordinate their bodies in a much better way. Although some debate it\'s genetic, we have realized that it\'s mostly about your state of mind and FOCUS. This is why we continuously preach about quality, focus and mind-muscle connection. Some people say these are all woo-woo although in science it\'s called \"kinesthetic intelligence\". Moreover, the best yogis and old school strongmen have known this for centuries. The good part is that it\'s not a natural talent but something you can learn. We had to learn it and continue to refine it.
