'Put a little holly jolly in how you move it with this Festivus-themed workout! You can follow along at your own pace with Teddy from in-club or at home. He’ll be utilizing the 30 Minute Circuit to help you make the most of your time! You’ll start off with a short warm up and then Teddy will take you into the upper body workout. You’ll do a number of sets featuring exercises like, bicep curls, Arnold presses, lateral raises and more. Don’t forget to take water breaks when needed!
