'Here\'s a healthy mix of upper, lower and mid-section exercises you can do with a stability ball (or Swiss ball). If you haven\'t used a ball before then have a watch through the video before trying it so that you can see and read all of the pointers. Enjoy!  I should also point out that the reason I look knackered is because this was filmed at 1AM and after I had finished my own training. Talk about mad!'
