'How To Get a Solid Workout With Just Bands | The Million Dollar Body'

You’re sitting at home, a little bored, and maybe a little frustrated that you haven’t been able to get to the gym in a while.   I get it.   But even if you ARE dreaming about the gym, you don’t have to put your progress on hold.   In today’s video, I want to show you how even if you don’t have access to gym equipment, you can still get in a solid workout at home. ➡️Join my free 4-week at home workout challenge here: https://www.n8training.com/stayinside   The exercises I’m going to show you can be combined for a total body workout OR you can separate them out into upper and lower body sessions. And if you’re feeling REALLY wild, you can even focus in on one muscle group at a time and have a “leg day” or “ab day”. There are tons of ways to get in a great workout at home!   For example, here are a few of my favorites to get your imagination going (psst - all you need for any of these exercises is a band and maybe a sturdy column or arbor post):   For arms, try some banded bicep curls. For your back, how about trying some banded single arm rows? For shoulders, a banded Y press would be perfect!
