'TRX 25 Minute Circuit For Beginners  New to the TRX? It\'s one of the greatest pieces of equipment! Start with this simple workout to get comfortable with the straps.  This 25 minute strength routine includes the 7 most important movements for basic full body strength.  -Squats -Lunges -Bridges -Chest Press (Push Up) -Row -Pull Up -Plank  When using the TRX, to make it harder step away from the anchor point, and to make it easier step toward the anchor point. The anchor point is where the TRX locks into the carabiner. Always maintain a neutral neck and keep your shoulders down and back.
