'Our clubs have now been open for 4 weeks. We will share more as time goes on. For years we have made investments in our member experience. It is a constant cycle of listening, learning, innovating and repeating. Ever since we started operating with this mindset we have see an ROX. What does an ROX look like? It can look like lots of things but most simply when you deploy a customer listening system should be able to do the following right out of the gate. 1. Fix individual issues and save their memberships 2. Change bad policies and train employees accordingly 3. As you learn what members love, lean into those things and make them even better.
