'Welcome to Day 1 of the Get Fit in 3 Weeks Challenge (AKA #DrChadFitnessChallenge)! As always, this is a follow-along workout designed for both men and women from beginners all the way through advanced level fitness - with no equipment required. If you\'re new to working out, don\'t forget to follow some of the modifications listed below most exercises. These workouts have been designed with an intensity to get you results as well as give you room to continue to improve throughout the challenge. Don\'t be discouraged if you have to modify most or even all of the exercises at first! You\'ll be amazed with your progress in time. Remember that exercise is crucial, but only a part of how to chisel your body. Having a lower body fat percentage is what will allow definition to show after increasing your muscle mass through exercises in these next few weeks. This is achieved through full body heath and fitness as well as following a healthy, well balanced diet. Combining these will increase your metabolic rate and caloric consumption to help you lose weight. Everyone is at a different place in their fitness level, so be patient with your body and the rate at which you see progress. It is most important to keep a positive mindset no matter what stage of the journey you are in. This program is designed to help you get stronger, leaner and more muscle tone, but the rate of those results will vary from person to person.
