'Hey everyone if your looking to become a royal marine commando or officer with the Navy you will most likely have to run 1.5mile in 12:30 minutes and then with a one minute rest run another 1.5mile in 10 minutes. Its very possible to do however will require alot of hard work. I made this video to help others going for the Army, Navy, Royal air force and for general fitness. As I have always wanted to be a firefighter in the past this type of training always influences me personally, enjoy! Video comment like subscribe'
