'In this video I run a modified version of the Marine Corps IST (Initial Strength Test). Essentially, I do the 1.5 Mile run, Max Pull Ups, and Max Crunches in separate times but all captured on video for accountability. This is my initial evaluation on what I have to offer with my current age, weight, and mental state. The PFT is nearby and is the 1st thing I\'m going to need to score high in if I am to get selected for OCS.'
