'Grab your suspension trainer, dumbbells (the more the merrier) and a mat for this 30 minute lower body strength and cardio focused workout. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, we will have 15 seconds to recover and transition into the next exercise. Watch for the upcoming exercise in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Set your strap to mid-length We combine dumbbell and TRX exercises for a full leg and booty workout.
