'here some clarification about pushups while workout time. 1.only if u completion a basic steps without mistakes,you r qualify for second step and second wild stage of our workout. 2.do proper and do timing. 3. belive the process,i assure you get better result 4.body needs some natural frictional heat for better function.so do our basic workout atleast 1 hour per day by the schedule. thank you all N.SISUBALAN'See also:
