'This low impact cardio steps workout takes only 20 minutes and consists of step exercises that all have a low impact on your tendons and joints. It makes it also a bit more suitable for people with bad knees, as it has no jumping exercises at all. The workout consists of 2 different sets that contain 5 steps exercises each and both are repeated once, resulting in a 4 x 5 minute workout. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds before moving to the next one.
