'Today was hiit & abs, and here is the core workout I did at the end! ⠀ Alternating between a weighted exercise & a bodyweight exercise, aim for 2-3 rounds ⠀ 10 s/a weighted sit up (per side) 20 alternating toe taps 20 Russian twist 30 mountain climber 15 straight leg crunch weight 30 bicycle 30-60s plank hold'
