'This cardio HIIT workout is a standing workout, that will be sure to break a sweat. No jumping is involved and no equipment is needed, so you can do this anywhere. It takes less than 15 minutes to do, feel free to press pause on the rests if you need more than the 15 seconds. These movements will target all of the major muscle groups in your lower body. Workout Breakdown: 3-4 sets 30 seconds active exercising with 15 seconds rest in between exercises ( press pause if you need longer than 15 seconds) 30 seconds break in between sets Exercises: 1. Squat + Alternate Heel Touch 2. Crossbody High Knees + Oblique Crunch (L) 3. Crossbody High Knees + Oblique Crunch (R) 4.
