SOOOOOO...  Before trying this video make sure to: 1.  Stretch 2.  Have water handy 3.  GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!!  (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible). 4.  Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout. 5.  Have fun and be patient with yourself.  Thanks again for all the love.  Remember, you can do it, and I\'m here for you!     -Trainer David  Circuit Breakdown -------------------------- Jump n Squats - 15 seconds  Bird Dogs - 15 reps each side  Wide Stance Plank w/ Arm Extention - 5 sec per arm x2  Jump n Squats - 15 seconds  Side Plank w/ Knee Extention - 15 seconds  Jump n Squats - 15 seconds   1:00 rest then Repeat  Record  Sets Completed BEAT IT NEXT TIME!!!!'
