'Tonights workout rocked!! These guys pushed each other with these partner drills. 2 rounds of each set. 4 Sets total, making 8 rounds through with a hill sprint after each. Try some of these out with your clients or with your friends, its a great way to change things up and work with a partner. The decline pushup suicide sprint at the end is one of my favourite finishers. It\'s intense, sucks out all they have left and giving them that final burn they all crave.'
