Balance is one of those things that for some it\'s GREAT and for others, not so much. As we get older too our balance can be compromised by things like weakened muscles, eye issues, injury or chronic pain. However that doesn\'t mean that there are not things you can do to continue to work at improving and maintaining better balance. While you may not be inclined to view this like a WORKOUT, it really would be a great benefit to do these TOP 6 BALANCE EXERCISES a couple times a day and 3 times a week for OPTIMAL RESULTS. If you\'ve never done balance exercises using a bosu ball don\'t shy away from doing these exercises. Coach Tonya has broken this into 2 BALANCE EXERCISE WORKOUTS essentially by doing the 6 exercises once through at a BEGINNER level and then once more, adding weight to make these exercises more challenging. Start with the bodyweight version of these exercises and when you get proficient at them advance to doing these with added weight.
