(stress eat) As I have explained in this video, I am taking on contract work for a couple of weeks, to knock out my house project debts. I do not have the time to work out via power walk and bicycling. Right now my weight is between 162 and 165 pounds. My goal is to get down between 150 and 155 pounds.
