
'It\'s been 7 weeks since I started training with Full Body Workouts and I currently weight 188lbs! Before I started I had a hard time maintaining 182lbs! But because I\'m training full body 5 days a week I\'m subconsciously eating a lot more because I\'m ALWAYS hungry. Also, I can\'t quite say that I\'m \"bulking\" in the traditional sense of the word though. I mean, I AM bulking, but I\'m listening to my body and feeding it when needed.
