'Welcome to My channel, Motivational Puneet  Today (October 17) is Day 22 of 100 Days Fitness Challenge where I\'m performing 22 Pushups & 22 Squats.  What is 100 Days Fitness Challenge?  100 Days Fitness Challenge is about performing pushups and squats to become fit. This challenge is made by Divya Kothari and I\'m participating in it.  1st Day (26th September 2020) is doing 1 Pushup & 1 Squat. 2nd Day is doing 2 Pushups & 2 Squats. 3rd Day is doing 3 Pushups & 3 Squats. . . . 100th Day is doing 100 Pushups & 100 Squats.
