'If you\'re just finding these videos, Day 1 is here: https://youtu.be/0ITiAqBxP6c It’s Day 30! I did the set of 100 unbroken today. It’s not exactly the definition of “Fun”, but it’s worth doing every once in a while. Be willing to occasionally expose yourself to some discomfort. In this case, I was in complete control of the situation. If it had started to feel like I was losing control of my form, or if the discomfort was too great, I can always stop. That’s also one of the motivators - other than the burning in my hands and forearms, a little bit of burn in my glutes, and the fact that I was starting to breath hard, I never felt like I NEEDED to stop. I do anticipate some level of failure at some point in the future with the heavier kettlebells. I accept that, and I’m keeping in mind that the challenge isn’t 100 unbroken swings every day, but 100 swings every day. So, I’ve done a little over 3000 swings so far. I’m still feeling good, and am still motivated to finish!
