'Join me for a 30 min INTENSE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT to challenge both your strength and cardio. Warm up and cool down are included. During the workout, intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I\'ll be using two 10LB weights).  So grab your mat and get ready to sweat!
