'Here Jeff suggests a tip for getting the most out of your SMR efforts for your center quads. This movement is called the \'RF Flex\' because you are flexing your knee in an attempt to get through the rectus femoris to the underlying quad, the vastus intermedius (the true cause of knee dysfunction in many cases).'
