'Hey my lovely students of fitness! Today we will learn how to do a fitness assessment at home. All you will need is a tape measure, a 12-inch height of something to step on, and some good vibes. This pre-assessment will only cover 4 components of fitness. Which are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and cardiovascular endurance. We will be doing the 3 exercises to measure muscular strength and endurance. You will do the push up and squat test for 1 minute. The plank test for as long as you can.
