'The video shows the correct procedures of fitness assessments, and some examples for new clients in a personal training situation. The three areas looked at are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance and anthropometry. The video (or podcast) was made for a homework set out for Jamestown College\'s Technology in Health, PE and Education (Tech260) class.'
