'Deep Water Fitness is a low impact, joint-friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health. Participants will have fun taking part in new and exciting resistance exercises and underwater running drills with help from a floatation device.   Level: This class is recommended for all athletic and fitness levels. Swimming ability is required.'
