'Lagree (time under tension) is my choice of work out. This is the only thing I have notice a difference in shaping and toning my body. Small but tough movements. I go to a place called K-kore they have two studios in Melbourne Australia. Goldie Place, Melbourne CBD & Bay Street, Port Melbourne.
