'From agonizing pain to FLOWING FREEDOM'

'\"I used to lift hundreds of kilos and woke up every morning stiff as a board while continuously getting stiffer.⁣\" ⁣ I remember bearing it all because hey, at least the weight was going up! I didn’t understand what was missing since I was doing accessory mobility exercises and used as much range as possible in my squats, deadlifts, presses and so on.⁣ ⁣ At some point I had agonizing pain in my groin, hip, upper glutes, side of the lower back – the whole chain was like on tingling fire.⁣ ⁣ Feeling like I was broken in half. Out of despair and misery I was forced to change the course…⁣ ⁣ Eventually this led to starting my extensive movement journey. It felt like a natural choice due to my background in martial arts and dance.⁣ ⁣ Initially, I felt exhausted, uncoordinated and stiff. But at the same time, session after session I felt my body slowly opening and loosening up. In many ways my body came to life.⁣ ⁣ I no longer followed an established concept of right or wrong. Whereas in contrast, the gym culture was filled with dogmas and rules – it was saturated with rigidness and limitations.⁣ ⁣ Movement for many is an exciting unexplored territory. If you want to flex your back, it’s alright. If you want to arch it, twist it or make it flow like water… it’s fine. Any articulation, any possibility can be explored. The fluidity that starts to fill your body, as a result, can be astonishing.⁣ ⁣ This was the starting point that led to breaking through many layers of fear and unlocking painful limitations in my body.⁣ ⁣ These experiences led to the creation of a whole system of movement which I still use to this day to free up the mind and body. ⁣ ⁣ Over the years thousands of people have successfully used the methods to alter the course of their lives as well.⁣ ⁣ Do you know what this system is called? ⁣ ⁣ Movement20XX.com'
